A visitor can log into the webpage for the venue, and requests for a guest visit to a listed tenant. We host the webpage on our cloud.
The tenant administrator will receive notification of the request, and forwards the request to a designated employee. If the employee accepts the request, the guest will receive a notification callback with a reservation code and QR.
Alternative method: the employee may send personal guests direct "invite" form link for registration process to commence.
During registration, our system will offer to capture and enroll guests’ facial data, preparing them for a seamless biometric-based check-in experience using face recognition devices.
The guest presents his reservation code or QR to the front officer and confirms his visit presenting his ID if necessary. The front officer has the authority to grant or deny the visit.
If the guest hasn't done so, the front officer can register and capture any additional biometrics of the said guest, and make the reservation. For verification methods, we support other ID-ing methods: smart cards, fingerprints, as well as face and palm biometrics.
Visitors can check in on-site by verifying their identity via face recognition scanners installed at security gates. We can do ticket + 1:1 (one-to-one) face ID-ing for added confidence, or 1:N (one-to-many) face ID-ing for simplicity.
If done with some different method such as card, fingerprint, or palm, visitors may present his tagged ID to the reader in place at the entry gates.
Cleared check-ins would trigger the gate to open and allow access to the guest. The reserved visit/stay, the guest, as well as other global statuses will be maintained and tracked, up to the point that that the guest checks out and leave the premise.
